HOW TO USE THE ZOTERO REFERENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM EFFECTIVELY The Zotero Reference Management System enables users to save their documents, organize their files in categories and also aid in citations and references.  Once downloaded, one should synchronize both Zotero Standalone and Online. Please note that the Zotero Standalone is the Desktop app. However, you would need to sign in to the online Zotero Reference Management System. The online Zotero Reference Management System can be used anywhere and on any device since you just need to access your files online. All saved or downloaded documents can be uploaded on the Zotero app and can be renamed or sectioned into different file names. The great news is that the Ashesi Online Public Access Catalogue provides a platform for you to log in to Zotero.
